Welcome to Bright Business.
Your seat is waiting.

Your application has been reviewed and accepted. We believe you belong in the room. The next step is simple: secure your seat and begin your Bright Business membership.

Application accepted $1,500/year — the standard commitment $950 six-month entry available

Not a subscription you forget you're paying for. An opportunity you work.

Your membership

One membership. Two commitment options.

The Bright Business membership is a twelve-month commitment at $1,500 a year — that's the standard. If you're not ready to commit a year, a six-month entry is available at $950. The membership is the same either way; the commitment is what's different.

The recommended commitment $1,500 12 months · 12 roundtables · the full Bright Business membership

One year. Twelve roundtables. Full access to the Club, BBOS, Bright Brain, the network and member opportunities — plus priority access to limited-seat opportunities. If you already know you want to do the work, this is the commitment we recommend.

Not ready for a year?
$950 6 months · 6 roundtables

A six-month commitment is available. The same membership — a shorter commitment, so you can experience a full cycle before deciding whether to continue.

Renews at $950 every six months. ⟨Cancel any time before the renewal date.⟩

Six months, taken twice: $1,900.

Twelve months, taken once: $1,500.

If you already know you want to work the room for a year, the annual commitment saves you $400. We'd rather show you the subtraction than put a badge on a card.

The one other difference

Twelve-month members get priority on the things with limited spots — leading an expert group, visiting other clubs, marketing-tool opportunities — as recognition for the longer commitment. Priority is also weighted more broadly by seniority: the longer you've been a member, the earlier you get first access across these features.

What's included

The same full membership, whichever commitment you choose.

Every line below is included whichever commitment you choose. There's no lower tier and nothing held back for the shorter commitment — the product is the membership, and there's one of it.

The Club

  • Monthly club meetings, with accountability built in
  • A structured space to bring your own challenges to the room
  • Guest speaking opportunities

The System

  • Build your Business Operating System (BBOS) with the room, one component at a time
  • Option to design and lead a component that helps other members

Bright Brain

  • Helps you build a strategy and action plan
  • Gives you leverage, plus a list of experts who can help with a specific challenge
  • Daily login tracks a running Business Operating System score, so you can see what's improving and where the gaps are
  • If you're an expert member, it's also a channel to help other members directly

The Network

  • Access to a private community
  • Marketing tools and opportunities
  • Opportunity to lead an expert group
  • Access to all Bright Business clubs, not just your home club — online and in person
  • The "5-5-5" format — five minutes, five slides — to introduce your business at other clubs for extra exposure
Before you pay

This isn't a membership you hold.
It's an opportunity you work.

None of what's on this page pays off on its own. Bright Brain, the room, the network, the expert group — every one of them is worth exactly what you put into it. If you're not in the room and not using the tools, the membership is worthless. The hard work starts after you pay, not before.

For business owners

Run your own room inside ours.

Members can convene a specialty group — your industry, your niche, your corner of the market — for one hour a month. You decide who is in it. We put our name and our reach behind filling it.

An hour a month is the whole cost. What you get for it is not a meeting; it is a standing reason for the people who matter to your business to be in a room you built. Peers who have solved what you are solving. Operators one step ahead. Suppliers, referrers and buyers who would never take a cold call but will take an invitation to a room of their own kind.

Value

You choose the guest list. A group of people who can actually move something for each other is worth more than a network of people who merely know each other.

Trust

Convening is not pitching. The person who made the room happen has a different standing with everyone in it than the person who sent the follow-up email.

Authority

A group that meets every month with your name on it compounds. Twelve months in, you are the person in your industry who runs the room — and that is not a claim you made.

We promote it. That is the part you cannot do alone.

Your group goes out through the same channels we use for our own rooms: the full Bright Business membership, the expert and partner bench, and our network across San Diego, Costa Mesa / Orange County, Riverside / Inland Empire, Tijuana and online.

One hour a month from you. An invitation that reaches considerably further than your own contact list.

For experts and partners

One seat per discipline

You are not one of four people in the room doing the same thing. When your category is named against a live constraint, there is one person to turn to.

Authority through contribution

You build standing by helping in front of the people who decide, rather than by pitching into an inbox sixty days before a transaction.

The session you lead is yours

Lead a working session and the recording belongs to you — usable in your own practice, your own marketing, your own follow-up.

You are an owner too

Your practice is a business with the same three problems. The membership works on it in exactly the same way, and you can convene an industry group of your own.

Why there is no month-to-month

We ran monthly for years. We stopped, and not for the revenue.

A month-to-month membership quietly changes what the room is. It turns a standing table into a drop-in audience — and the drop-in version does not do the thing you applied for.

Reason one — the room

Context is the asset, and context takes months to build.

What makes this room different from every other room you have sat in is that the people around the table know your business — your numbers, your constraint, and what you said you would do last month. A member who might be gone in thirty days never acquires that, and never gives it to anyone else. The commitment is not a payment term. It is what makes the room worth walking into.

Reason two — the system

BBOS is built one component at a time.

Six months is six components — and the sixth one is usually the one you are weakest in, because that is the one people put off. One month is one component and a document you will not open again. An operating system assembled in fragments is not an operating system.

Reason three — the loop

Accountability needs more than one turn of the cycle.

You decide, you act, the month tells you whether you were right, and you correct. That loop cannot run once. Written goals held to structured accountability produce 76% of stated goals achieved, against 43% for goals with no structure at all — same people, same goals, one structural difference.

The part we owe you straight: a six-month minimum means we are asking for a real commitment before you have seen a full cycle. That is deliberate, and it is also why the six-month entry exists at all.

If you are certain, take the year and keep the $400 — and the priority access. If you are not, take six months. We would rather have you on the shorter commitment and still here in a year than sell you twelve months you spend the first three regretting.

Accelerate growth.
Increase business valuation.
Be exit-ready.

What changes

What the membership actually does, in order.

Not a promise about your revenue — nobody can make that one honestly. This is the work the room does, in the order it does it.

By month three

The constraint has a name

You stop working the whole list. One fundamental is identified as the thing holding the business down, the first BBOS components are written, and your decisions are on paper where somebody else can check them.

By month six

The room knows your business

Six components documented and six cycles of correction. The table no longer needs the backstory, which is when the advice in it starts being worth something.

By month twelve

Owner-independence you can measure

A full BBOS and a year of Bright Brain's Business Operating System score behind you. The question stops being whether the business could run without you and becomes how far along it is.

After you pay

Your onboarding process.

Right after checkout you move through a short onboarding process that covers everything below — so your first meeting starts with you ready, not orienting.

01

Installing and using Bright Brain

How to log in, what the daily check-in looks like, and how to read your Business Operating System score.

02

Connecting to meetings

In person, online, or on-location — how to find and join yours.

03

How the monthly rhythm works

How next month's topic gets set, how to request or bring a guest speaker, and how to add value once you're in the room.

04

The challenge template

A structured way to write up your challenge before a meeting, so the room can actually help — instead of it turning into an unstructured, random conversation.

05

Best practices and ethical norms

What we expect from everyone in the room, and why.

06

Using the private community

Where it lives and how members actually use it between meetings.

07

Marketing opportunities, for experts

What's available to you specifically as an expert member.

08

Sprints and accelerators

How expert members leverage these through the expert group.

Before you pay

The questions people ask at this exact point.

Which commitment should I make?

If you're ready to work the room for a year, choose twelve months — it's the standard Bright Business membership, it costs $400 less than paying for six months twice, and it gives you priority on limited-spot extras. If you need to experience the room first, choose six months — it's there for people who aren't ready to make the longer commitment yet. Both are the same membership.

Does it renew automatically?

Yes. The six-month commitment renews at $950 every six months; the twelve-month commitment renews at $1,500 every twelve. ⟨You can cancel any time before the renewal date, and we email you before we charge you.⟩ We would rather you leave on purpose than stay by accident.

Can I move from six months to the twelve-month commitment later?

⟨Yes — at your renewal date, and we credit nothing forward because nothing is owed. Tell your Club lead and we switch the commitment.⟩

What if I have to step out before the term ends?

⟨State the policy here in one sentence, and state it plainly. Whatever it is, it is better said on this page than discovered later — this is the paragraph that decides whether the six-month commitment reads as confidence or as a trap.⟩

Is the membership per person or per business?

Per person. The room works because the people in it know each other, which means it does not transfer between colleagues month to month. ⟨A second seat for a co-owner or a second-in-command is available — ask your Club lead.⟩

What if I miss a meeting?

Life happens and nobody is penalised for it. But the room is the product — a member who misses most of the meetings is paying for something they are not using, and your Club lead will say so rather than quietly taking the money.

Can I put this through the business?

Yes — checkout invoices the business, and the invoice itemises the commitment. ⟨How it is treated for tax is a question for your CPA, not for us.⟩

When is my first meeting?

Your Club lead confirms the room and the date ⟨within 48 hours⟩ of checkout. Come with a live decision, not an update.

You applied because something in the business is not moving, and because you had run out of people to ask about it. We accepted you because the room is better with you in it — that is the only reason we accept anyone.

Everything above is what's included. This is the part where it stops being reading.
