Is this the room for you?

You have a real business. Customers, people, decisions, and something worth building. But the business has reached the point where working harder is no longer the answer.

What you need next
  • Grow without adding chaos
  • Build systems that run without you
  • Make better decisions, faster
  • Solve constraints before they get expensive
  • Increase the value of the business
  • Build a company that gives you options

You are not looking for another group to belong to.
You are looking for people who will work on the business with you.

What is actually happening

The business grew. The way you run it did not.

Growth depends on you.

You are still the person who solves too many of the problems.

Decisions compete with each other.

Everything looks important. Few things are clearly first.

Systems live in people's heads.

The process works until someone leaves, gets busy, or forgets.

You have experts, but they do not work together.

Finance sees one problem. Operations sees another. Sales sees a third. Nobody sees the business.

You know what to do, and execution still slips.

The meeting ends. The notes disappear. The business keeps moving.

You are building a business without building its value.

Revenue can grow while owner dependence, risk and complexity grow with it.

The constraint

The problem is not effort. It is the way the business is being worked on.

70% of small businesses listed for sale never sell

Most often because the business cannot run without the person who built it. Owner dependence is not a soft problem — it is the discount, and it is applied at the table by someone who has never met you.

The Bottleneck Diagnostic

What is holding your business back?

Find the constraint before you decide what to fix. The Bottleneck Diagnostic names the one fundamental holding the business down and scores it out of 100.

How long it takes

One minute.

Multiple choice. One screen. No essay, and no email required before you see the result.

Your result is the starting point for the conversation — yours, and ours.

What you get back
  • Your bottleneck, named — the one fundamental holding the whole business back
  • Your score out of 100 — where you actually are today
  • What to fix first — the one move that unlocks the next stage, not a list of twelve
  • Where Bright Business fits — the room, the experts and the rhythm matched to your gap
What Bright Business is

You do not need another advisor. You need a room.

Bright Business puts the people, the framework and the accountability around the decisions that matter.

Peers

BBOS

Bright Brain
turns thinking into priorities and action
Accountability
keeps the commitment alive

The owner makes the decision. The room makes the decision better.

What the seat includes

Your seat comes with a working system.

The room

A committed room

Up to 20 business owners, experts and partners. Same seats every month, so nobody re-explains their business and the conversation starts where it left off.

The people

Your board of advisors

People who know your business well enough to challenge your thinking — and who will. The board you never had to appoint.

The method

The Operating System

A framework for designing, running and improving the business.

Assess → Strategize → Prioritize → Execute → Measure → Improve

Between meetings

Bright Brain

Assess the situation. Name the Weakest Link. Build the strategy. Prioritize the work. Define the Power Move — one action, one owner, one date.

The rhythm

Accountability

Come back and answer the only question that matters:

What moved?

The rhythm

Every month has a job.

01 · Progress

What moved?

What did you accomplish? What happened with your Power Move? What did Bright Brain surface? What did you learn?

02 · Build

Work on the business

Each month takes one part of BBOS and applies it to your company. Not a lecture. Not a workshop. You build it.

03 · Challenge

Bring a real problem

A decision. A constraint. Something you cannot solve alone. The room asks questions. Peers challenge assumptions. Experts contribute. You think it through.

04 · Commit

One Power Move

One clear commitment. One thing that should be different before the next meeting.

Then we come back and start at 01.

The outcome

What should be different in a year.

Better decisions

See the real constraint before spending resources on the wrong one.

Stronger execution

Turn priorities into commitments, and commitments into action.

Better systems

Build processes your team can actually run.

Greater owner independence

Make the business less dependent on you.

Greater business value

Build the characteristics buyers, investors and successors pay for.

More options

Grow it. Keep it. Delegate it. Scale it. Sell it. Your Exit Vector is a choice, not a default.

Exit-ready is not a transaction. It is what a better business looks like from the outside.

Curation

We are looking for committed business owners.

You belong here if
  • You operate an established business
  • You have something real to grow
  • You are willing to work on the business, not just talk about it
  • You want peers who will challenge your thinking
  • You value expertise without wanting a sales pitch
  • You are willing to be accountable
  • You want a business that can eventually run beyond you
This is probably not for you if
  • You are looking for leads
  • You are looking for a referral group
  • You are looking for passive education
  • You are looking for someone to run the business for you
  • You are not willing to put a real problem on the table
  • You are not willing to follow through

The room is limited on purpose. The quality of the room is part of the product.

Optional

Need a concentrated push?

The 90-Day Sprint is a focused execution cycle around one business constraint.

Questions

What owners usually ask.

Is this coaching?
No. Nobody stands at the front of the room and tells you how to run your business. You bring a real constraint, the room works it, and you leave with one commitment. The experts at the table are there to answer the questions your problem raises — not to deliver a talk.
I am not planning to sell. Is this still for me?
Yes, and most members are not selling. Exit-ready is not a transaction — it is what a better business looks like from the outside. The work that makes a business sellable is the same work that makes it run without you: documented systems, decisions that do not route through one person, a number that moves without more of your hours. You get the options whether or not you use them.
How much time does it take?
⟨Two hours⟩ a month in the room, plus one Power Move between meetings — one action, one owner, one date. That is the whole commitment. The rhythm is designed around an owner who is already busy, which is why the month has one priority and not twelve.
Will people sell to me in the room?
Nobody sells in the room. It is said out loud at the start of every meeting. Business happens between members afterwards, and it will — but the rule is the only reason an owner is willing to say what is actually wrong in front of an expert. Protect it and the room works; drop it and it becomes a referral group.
What does it cost?
There is a fee, and it is deliberate. ⟨$X per month.⟩ A room where anyone can sit becomes a room where people are looking for clients. The fee is what keeps the table worth your two hours.
How big is my business supposed to be?
Revenue is one data point, not the qualification. A ⟨$1.2M⟩ business with a serious owner is a better member than a ⟨$15M⟩ business whose owner came to collect leads. What matters is that it is a real operating business and that you are willing to work on it in front of other people.
I am already in Vistage, EO or EOS. Why this as well?
Different destination. Those rooms make you a better operator, and they are good at it. This one builds the asset — the documented, transferable way the business runs, which is what a buyer, an investor or a successor is actually purchasing. Several members are in both.
Can I see it before I commit?
Yes. Come twice. Club visits are by request and membership is by application — see the room work, bring a real business challenge, then decide whether it belongs in your business.

Still deciding? Run the Diagnostic first. One minute, and you arrive at the conversation holding a named constraint instead of a vague interest.

Apply

Build a business worth owning.

You do not need another meeting.
You need a room that works on the business with you.

By application. There is a fee. Both exist so that everyone at the table is working on the same size of problem.
