Owners at this level don't need to be pushed or babysat. You need to know exactly what you're agreeing to. Here it is.
Take part in your Club for the first 90 days. If it isn't a fit, we refund your membership fee, minus the card processing fees. It's a guarantee for active members, not a free trial.
What exactly am I paying for?
One year in one Club: $1,500, paid once. Everything listed above is included. There is no monthly plan and nothing is sold to you later inside the Club.
What if the Club isn't a fit for me?
Take part in your first 90 days. If it isn't a fit, tell us and we refund your membership fee, minus the card processing fees. The guarantee is for members who were active in their Club.
Who helps me after I join?
Every 2nd Tuesday, 9:00–9:30 AM PT, we hold a members-only onboarding and Q&A on Zoom: bring any question, and we check in on progress. Your Zoom link arrives in your welcome email and stays in your Member Hub. You can also book a short call.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe, the same payment system used by millions of businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our website.
Will it renew without warning?
No. We email you one week before your year renews, so you decide in time. You can cancel from your account before the renewal date.
Do I have to share my numbers?
No. Nobody asks for private figures. Bright Business Brain works with bands, trends and scores, and your real numbers stay in your own account.
Will people try to sell to me?
No. Members say what they offer, but nobody pushes sales in the Club. Any work with an expert is agreed between you and that expert. Membership is a seat at the table, not consulting.
What stays confidential?
Everything said in the Club stays in the Club. Every member signs the Confidentiality Pledge at check-in.
What if I miss a meeting?
Life happens. Join the 2nd-Tuesday check-in or the 4th-Thursday mastermind online to catch up. Being active is what makes the Club work, so missing three meetings in a row pauses the seat. Full terms: Terms of Use.
