Power Meetings.
Progress Tracking & Accountability.
Two meetings, one job: show what moved, name what's stuck, and leave with your next best move and the drive to make it. Sometimes the right person is in the room, sometimes not. Either way, it's your chance to connect, support and collaborate. Bring your numbers as percentages, your Leverage Move (Power Move) and one ask. Bright Brain prepares all three in ten minutes.
Two meetings. Same card. Different depth.
The Thursday Mastermind is where progress is reviewed and help is traded. The Tuesday Check-In is the mid-month pulse: four lines, actions only, no explanations.
Fourth Thursday Mastermind
60 minutes · the full card
| 0–25 | Accountability round. Two minutes each: numbers, Leverage Move done or not, Weakest Link, one ask. |
| 25–40 | The Challenge. One member brings one real challenge; the room helps solve it (see below). |
| 40–50 | LinkedIn Live Play. One post goes live during the meeting and everyone comments before we close. |
| 50–60 | Commitments out loud: next Leverage Move and date. Bright Introductions logged. |
Second Tuesday Check-In
30 minutes · 8:30–9:00 AM · four lines
| 0–2 | Open. Who closed their Leverage Move since the Mastermind. |
| 2–22 | The round, 90 seconds each: Leverage Move executed? Biggest win as a %? Weakest Link now? Next move and date? |
| 22–27 | Asks matched to members. Owners named, no discussion. |
| 27–30 | One LinkedIn action everyone does before noon. |
How the Accountability Round works · 25 minutes
Every member, two minutes, read from your Power Check-In Card. No card, you listen this round.
| Before | Prepare in 10 minutes. Copy the Mastermind prep prompt into your Bright Brain. It fills your card from your Ledger. Paste the answers into the card on this page. |
| 30 sec | Your numbers (card section 1). System Score and change, revenue %, qualified leads %. Percentages only. |
| 40 sec | Your Leverage Move (section 3). Done, partial or not done, with no story. Then your Weakest Link. |
| 20 sec | Your next move. Your next Leverage Move and the date. |
| 30 sec | Your ask and your give (section 4). The host writes every ask on a shared list. |
| After | Debrief in 3 minutes. Copy the debrief prompt into your Bright Brain so it learns what the room saw. |
How the Challenge works · 15 minutes
One member, one real business challenge, the whole room's experience. Volunteer ahead of time and tell Bright Brain: "I'm bringing a Challenge on Thursday."
| 3 min | Present. Current state, future state, what you've already tried, what you need from the room. |
| 4 min | Questions only. Members ask to understand. No advice yet. |
| 5 min | Experience. Members share what worked for them: "When I faced this, I…" |
| 3 min | WHO. Who in the room will help, and by when. The presenter names one next step. |
The room feeds your Brain. The Brain builds your business.
Bright Brain only knows what you tell it. The meeting gives it what you can't see alone: honest feedback, commitments made in front of peers, and the people who can help. Bright Brain turns that into your next move, and each move makes the business stronger and worth more.
You get the truth
Peers see what you miss. You commit out loud. The room names who will help.
It learns
Your debrief sharpens your Weakest Link, sets your Leverage Move as Task 1 and adds new people to your network.
The system improves
More sales from introductions. More delegation, because work is written down. Faster decisions, because there is one clear next move.
It's worth more
Buyers pay more for a business that runs without its owner, with steady revenue and documented systems. Your System Score shows it first.
Sam, through one loop
- The meeting
- Sam says sales are slowing and blames price. A fractional CMO in the room asks: "If I covered the logos on your proposal and two competitors', could I tell which one is yours?" He couldn't.
- Bright Brain
- His debrief moves the Weakest Link from sales to purpose. Leverage Move: interview his five best customers and ask one question, "why do you stay with us?"
- His BBOS
- Nobody mentioned price. Everyone mentioned how fast Coastline shows up. That becomes the purpose sentence, the proposal and an Uptime Plan maintenance offer.
- Valuation
- More recurring revenue and better-fit bids. In 90 days his BBOS Score goes from 46 to 58 and his win rate from 22% to 29%.
Mastermind debrief — 2026 Bright Brain, here is what happened in the room. What I committed to: ___ Who offered to help, and with what: ___ What the room saw that I didn't: ___ What I learned from the Challenge: ___ Update my Task Queue with my Leverage Move as Task 1, add these people to my network, and tell me if this changes my Weakest Link.
Figures from Bright Brain are directional planning estimates, not formal appraisals.
Connect your Zoom to your own Bright Brain.
This is one setup, done once, by you, on your own computer. After that, any meeting you host — a Power Meeting, a client call, a 1:1 — can feed your Ledger without you typing a single note. If you've never connected two apps together before, follow this exactly. There is nothing to install.
-
Step 1 · Open your Bright Brain.
On your computer or phone, go to claude.ai and sign in. Open your Bright Brain Project — the same place you already type "Mastermind prep."
-
Step 2 · Look for "connectors" or "connected apps."
It's usually under the little paperclip or "+" icon where you attach a file, or in Settings. If you can't find it, type into the chat: "how do I connect an app?" Bright Brain will point you to it.
-
Step 3 · Choose Zoom, then Connect.
A new window opens — this is Zoom's own sign-in page, not ours. Sign in with the same email and password you already use for Zoom.
-
Step 4 · Click "Allow."
Zoom will ask if it's okay to share your meetings with Bright Brain. Click Allow. This only gives Bright Brain permission to read meetings you host or are invited into — it can't see anyone else's Zoom account.
-
Step 5 · You're connected.
The window closes and you're back in Bright Brain. That's it — no app to install, nothing to remember to turn on. It stays connected until you disconnect it yourself.
-
Step 6 · Meet as you always do.
Nothing changes on the call itself. If Zoom's AI Companion and cloud recording are turned on for that meeting, Zoom quietly takes notes and a transcript in the background — you don't have to press anything.
-
Step 7 · Afterward, ask Bright Brain.
Open your Bright Brain and say "Mastermind debrief" — or, for a client call, "pull in my notes from today's call with [name]." It reads Zoom's summary and transcript and folds it into your Ledger. Nothing is copied in until you ask.
About the Power Meeting itself: Both the Thursday Mastermind and the Tuesday Check-In run through Zoom, so Zoom's own AI Companion is already listening in the room. Once your Bright Brain is connected, it can pull the relevant notes, transcript, and recap straight from any Power Meeting you were part of — the same way it reads your own calls, right from your own connection.
Nothing to install, nothing to remember to start. You connect once. From then on, every meeting you host can quietly become part of your Ledger — client calls, discovery calls, your own 1:1s — not just the two meetings on this page.
Let Bright Brain fill your card.
Open this month's Rhythm chat inside your Bright Brain Project and paste the prompt, or just say "Mastermind prep". It reads your Ledger and this month's entries, so you arrive with evidence, not recollection. Your dollar figures stay in your Project; only percentages come to the room.
Mastermind prep — 2026 Bright Brain: from my Ledger and this month's entries, fill my Power Check-In Card. Percentages only. No dollar figures. 1. Numbers: BBOS System Score now and change since last meeting; revenue growth % and qualified-lead growth % month on month; days logged this month. 2. My Matrix: current state, future state, who is paying for the gap today, HOW (strategy), WHAT (my top three tasks, each done / in progress / not started). 3. Last Leverage Move and whether it closed. My Weakest Link. Next Leverage Move with a date. 4. WHO: which expertise in the Bright Business room would shorten my path most. One specific ask. One thing I can give. 5. One visible LinkedIn action I took this month, and one for next month. Keep it to what I can read aloud in two minutes.
Check-in — 2026 Bright Brain: four lines, actions only, no explanations. Leverage Move executed? Biggest win as a percentage? Weakest Link right now? Next Leverage Move and date? Then one ask I can make of the room.
Your Power Check-In Card.
The card is your two minutes in the Accountability Round, written down before you speak. Fill it once before each meeting. It turns into a script you read out loud, word for word.
How to use it
| Step 1 | See a finished card. Press Load the example. The card fills with Sam's answers and his script appears below the card. Read it once so you know what good looks like. |
| Step 2 | Make it yours. Press Clear. Run the Mastermind prep prompt in your Bright Brain and paste its answers into the matching boxes, or type them yourself. Choose Thursday or Tuesday at the top. |
| Step 3 | Check your script. As you type, your script below the card rewrites itself with your words and numbers. Anything still in [brackets] is missing. |
| Step 4 | Bring it to the meeting. Press Copy my script and read it when it's your turn. Press Copy my card to paste the full card into the meeting chat. |
Your card stays in this browser only. Nobody else sees it until you paste it.
What you say in the Accountability Round
Read it as written. Swap in your own words and numbers, keep the order and keep it under two minutes.
A commercial HVAC owner who says "sales are slowing."
Sam, 51, has owned Coastline Mechanical, a commercial HVAC company in San Diego, for 14 years: $3.4M in revenue, 22 people. This is his card at his first Power Mastermind. Sam is a teaching case, a composite of situations we see all the time, not a real member.
- Numbers
- 49BBOS Score (+3)−2%revenue MoM+10%qualified leads
- Current state
- Revenue down 11% over two quarters. Win rate 22%, and about 60% of bids are price-shopped. Maintenance is only 18% of revenue. Ask five people why the company exists and you get five answers.
- Future state
- By 31 March 2027: one purpose sentence every employee can say, 70% of bids going to downtime-critical customers, win rate 35%, maintenance contracts at 30% of revenue.
- Who's paying
- Sam first: he still answers the 2 AM emergency calls himself. Then Marcus, his sales lead, who discounts to close, and a team that can't say why Coastline is different.
- HOW
- Rebuild from purpose outward: purpose, then who, then pain, then offer, then message, then sales. Stop competing on price with buyers who don't value uptime.
- WHAT
- Interview five best customers. 4 of 5
- Write the purpose sentence with the team. Not started
- Rewrite the proposal template and website hero. Not started
- Last move
- Interview my five best customers and ask one question: why do you stay with us? Partial. Four of five. Install jobs ate the week.
- Weakest Link
- H, Inner Leadership. Install work keeps beating owner work, and every escalation still comes to Sam.
- Next move
- Run a 60-minute purpose session with Rosa and the techs by 20 November.
- Ask
- "Who has written a one-line purpose with their team? I'd like 20 minutes on how you ran the session."
- Give
- A free building-systems walkthrough before winter for any member with an office or facility.
What the four interviews showed: nobody mentioned price. Every customer mentioned how fast Coastline shows up. The miss is data too: owner work keeps losing to install work, which becomes his next constraint.
LinkedIn, played as a group.
Alone, a post reaches your own network. When the whole group shows up in the first hour, it reaches all of ours.
The LinkedIn Live Play · 10 minutes
Before the meeting
- One member volunteers and has a post written and ready, not yet published.
- Everyone else has LinkedIn open and logged in.
In the meeting
- The member publishes and drops the link in the meeting chat.
- Everyone opens it, likes it and writes one real comment: an example or a question, not "great post."
- The member replies to every comment before we close.
Why it works
- LinkedIn shows a post to more people when it gets comments and replies early.
- Twenty real comments in the first hour puts one member in front of every member's network.
Between meetings
- The Challenge lesson post. After each Mastermind, one member posts the lesson from the Challenge (never the numbers or the person's problem) and tags who contributed.
- Introductions in public. When you make a Bright Introduction, say on LinkedIn why the two should know each other. Authority transfers when you vouch.
- One recommendation a month.Write a LinkedIn recommendation for a member whose work you've seen. Don't ask for one back.
- Wins as percentages.Share progress the way the room does: "+25% qualified leads this quarter," not dollars.
- No pitch in the first message.Connect, comment, then offer something useful. The ambassador network is built on giving, not asking.
Room rules.
These come from the peer forums and mastermind formats that keep members for years. The common thread is that they're strict about time and gentle about people.
- Pre-work or pass.No card, no update: you listen this round. Ten minutes with Bright Brain is the price of the floor.
- Numbers before narrative.Percentages first, story only if asked. The timer is visible and the host keeps it.
- Done or not done.Your Leverage Move gets one of three answers. "Partial" is fine; explaining why is not.
- Share experience, not advice."When I faced this, I…" lands better than "You should…" and it's more honest.
- One ask, answerable today.Specific enough that someone in the room can say "that's me" or "I know who."
- Commit out loud, with a date.Your next Leverage Move is read back to you at the next meeting.
- 48-hour follow-through.An introduction offered in the room is made within two days, or it wasn't offered.
- What's said here stays here.Lessons can leave the room. Names and numbers can't.
