Bright Business · Pre-Onboarding

The first accountability board built on an AI advisor, a room of peers and experts, and an operating system.

Not twenty seats in a room. A private board of advisors, a daily accountability program, a working operating system, and the marketing tools to build authority beyond leads — one membership, built for owners who have already looked at Vistage, EOS, ProVisors, or EO.

What you are joining

Three critical business elements, under one membership

Everything below sorts into one of three segments — the tools you get and the benefit each one produces. Each is a critical business element worth paying for on its own; together, under one membership, they are the method.

Segment 1

Accountability

A private AI advisor that holds your commitments daily, and a room that hears them monthly.

  • Bright Brain — the Daily Brief, the Sunday Reset, the Monthly Review
  • One Leverage Move per cycle, stated as when, where and what first
  • Points, streaks and Matrix Movements — progress you can see
  • The accountability round at every meeting: actions and outcomes only
2 min a day · 15 min on Sunday · 30 min on the 2nd Tuesday
Segment 2

Implementing the Operating System

Your business as a system a buyer would pay for — built from your own numbers, one constraint at a time.

  • The Destination and The Machine — your Founding Pack in the first week
  • Six components scored, the Weakest Link named with evidence
  • A valuation range and System Score, updated monthly
  • The Topic of the Month — one operating-system lens, twelve months, applied to your business
~1 hour once · then carried by the rhythm
Segment 3

A Private Board of Advisors

Not a networking room — a standing board of owners and experts who have read your position and will not let a vague answer pass.

  • Twenty vetted peers, one morning a month, in your city — the Decision Room
  • The 4th-Friday Mastermind and the Groups: one discipline, online, one hour a month
  • Bright Introductions — one named introduction a month, mapped by your Brain
  • A board that grows with you — one new discipline added per Group you attend

Before you join

Four things to have ready

  1. A Claude plan that includes Projects (the Brain runs inside your own account)
  2. Your last P&L or revenue-by-client, if you have one — a range becomes a valuation
  3. One real challenge you would put in front of the board
  4. Your meeting morning held on the calendar — the seat is yours, the habit is the work
Side by side

Why this instead of Vistage, EOS, ProVisors, or EO

Reported figures for the other programs are what members and reviewers say they pay — none of these organizations publish official pricing, and yours may vary by chapter, tier, or negotiation. Bright Business prices are published and fixed.

Vistage, EOS, ProVisors, EO and Commit Action are the trademarks of their respective organizations, named here for comparison only — Bright Business is not affiliated with any of them. Vistage, EOS, ProVisors and EO figures are not published by those organizations; they are pulled from public member reviews, forums and industry write-ups, can vary by chapter, tier, region or negotiation, and should be treated as directional, not exact — sources on file. Commit Action's figures are its own published pricing (Business Coaching plan, billed monthly or annually). Bright Business's own figures are its current published membership rates. Other accountability programs and masterminds can be added to this comparison as they come up.

What that unlocks

The marketing side, priced separately everywhere else

Authority, ambassadors and leads are usually a second budget line — a PR retainer, a podcast producer, a paid speaking circuit. Here they are part of the membership.

$300–800a paid local speaking credit

Included: guest speaking

The room is small on purpose, so this isn't a national platform — it's a real, recorded credit in front of people who matter to your business, teaching the Topic of the Month at a Club or the stage at an online Group.

$500–2,000a month, a community manager

Included: launch a Group

Bright Business supplies the audience, the platform, and the promotion. You bring the expertise.

$150–2,000+per warm introduction, depending on the deal

Included: Bright Introductions

Your Brain maps your network and names one introduction a month. Most are useful; the right one, occasionally, is worth far more than the membership.

$500–1,500a year, a paid learning community

Included: the Expert Pack library

Every member's best framework, credited to them, surfaced the moment your Weakest Link matches it — plus every recorded Group session.

A conservative estimate

What you are assembling, priced the way the market prices each piece

Daily accountability and progress tracking — the Bright Brain (a one-on-one AI personal assistant) plus a peer-to-peer accountability board, priced at what a solo human coach alone charges$6,000/yr
A private board of advisors — at Vistage-level peer-board pricing$16,500/yr
An operating-system diagnostic, tracked continuously — the low end of an ongoing EOS engagement$22,500/yr
Marketing & authority tools — speaking coaching, Group community management, a warm-introduction service$10,000/yr
Assembled piece by piece, elsewhere$55,000+ / year

That is what the market charges for each piece bought on its own — an accountability coach, a peer board, an operating-system engagement, a marketing retainer — not cash paid to you. Here it is $1,500 a year in the Momentum Room, or $5,000 in the Growth Room.

The first thirty days

From payment to a strategy you can act on

In order, with the time each step takes. The first week is the work; after that it is a rhythm.

Day 0You join

Payment confirms. The welcome email arrives the same day.

It carries three things: your chapter and next meeting date, your login to the members' area, and the first of three setup emails. Nothing to prepare.

Days 1–5Reminder emails

The emails walk you through one page, start to finish

Every reminder points to the same place — gobrightbusiness.com/onboarding — ten short steps, about 25 minutes total, done in order. It opens with what the Brain is, then the one technical step: create a Claude Project, paste the Master Activation, add the dashboard templates, and say "begin". The rest gets you ready for your first meeting, shows you the monthly rhythm, and sets the board's expectations.

The install itself runs inside your own Claude account — your numbers never sit on our servers, no facilitator can see them. You need a Claude plan that includes Projects.

You leave with: a Brain that greets you by the activation line, and a first meeting you are ready for.
Week 1~1 hour, once
The Founding Pack

The Destination, then The Machine

The Destination (20–30 min): where the business is going — sale, investors, acquisition, licence — and what it is worth on the way there. Executives answer the same about a career. The Machine (40–60 min, same conversation): five pillars, one question at a time, until the Brain can name your Weakest Link with the evidence.

  • Strategy Document — the HOW: the route chosen, and what you are deliberately not doing
  • Action Plan — the WHAT: the steps, in order
  • Task Queue — your Leverage Move as Task 1, stated as when, where and what first
  • Bright Ledger — your whole position on one page
This is the promise: a strategy, an action plan and one Leverage Move you can act on the same day — built from your answers, not a template.
Week 2 onThe rhythm

Two minutes a night. Fifteen on Sunday.

Say "evening log" and answer three questions: your Daily Brief dashboard comes back with the day's points. Say "sunday reset": all six components re-scored, the Weakest Link confirmed or moved, next week's Move. Month end, "monthly review": valuation movement, what moved it, the gap to target, and your network as a map.

Progress is measured in Matrix Movements — a named future state, reached, that holds without you holding it. Points take you SOLO → ARCHITECT → MULTIPLIER.
Month 1Two rooms

Your first Club meeting, and your first Group session

The Club is in person — twenty vetted seats, one morning a month, in your city. Four fixed segments: the accountability round, the Topic of the Month with a guest expert, the Decision Room, and one commitment each. Bring one real challenge: it gets better every month.

The Group is online — one hour, monthly, open to members and non-members. One discipline, gone deep: thirty minutes of an expert teaching one framework with real numbers, thirty minutes of the room working its own problems live. Never a pitch, never a lecture. It ends with one Power Move named out loud, and your Brain logs it.

Between meetings, your Brain holds your commitments. The 2nd-Tuesday check-in (30 min) and the 4th-Friday Mastermind (60 min) are where you say them out loud.
Ongoing benefits

Seven ways to put your membership to work

Not a timeline — take advantage of any of these whenever you are ready. Every member can do all seven. Each one is a benefit that costs nothing extra and a stage that is never a sales pitch — the only kind of stage that produces clients.

Any member

Operating System Challenge (take the Challenge Seat)

Bring one real challenge in your business to your Club meeting. The board works it on the 2×2 Human-Centered Matrix — current state, future state, how, what, and who — and you leave with a decision, not sympathy.

How: tell your chapter lead the month before. Your Brain will prepare the three hardest questions the room may ask.
Any member

Use the Club as your nurturing engine

Most networking spend is wasted — people are rarely ready to do business the day you meet them, and there is usually no follow-up system behind the event itself. Bright Business is that system: bring a promising contact from elsewhere, a prospect you have not been able to close, or a guest to your own Group session, and let the room build the trust a pitch cannot. Plan A is always to promote your own business. Plan B is to use the Club to bring the right people toward the community itself — some become clients, and the best become members.

How: invite rather than pitch. Your Brain still tracks one named Bright Introduction a month — say "who should I be talking to?", then make it at the next meeting.
Experts · owners with expertise

Guest speaking — in person or online

Two stages, same rule on both: teach first, sell never. Take the Topic of the Month slot at a Club meeting and teach your chapter with your own framework and cases, or take the expert stage at an online Group — thirty minutes teaching, thirty minutes working the room's questions live, recorded, every relationship you bring stays yours.

How: ask your chapter lead for a month on the Club curriculum, or ask a Group Lead for a slot three months out.
Experts · the largest opportunity

Launch a Bright Business Group in your expertise

A Group is your own monthly online session in your field — finance, marketing, leadership, operations, legal, exit — open to members and the public, not just one chapter. You lead it; other experts can join and help you run it. The first one, the Financial Group, is already live.

Bright Business supplies

  • The audience — an application-screened membership across four Clubs and two online rooms
  • The platform — calendar, registration, reminders, hosting, recording
  • The promotion machine — the Page, the community email, the blog, the Experts directory, the socials
  • The registration list after every session, shared with you

You bring

  • Your expertise and the room's standard: a question-led working session, never a pitch
  • Twelve months of topics and twelve testable takeaways, mapped up front
  • One booked speaker a month, briefed against the takeaway
  • Roughly 8–10 hours a month, better shared between two
What it produces: recognition as the host rather than a vendor, a hundred opted-in contacts a month at the top of the funnel, twelve recruited expert relationships a year, and a content library you did not have to build yourself. There is no fee to lead one and no revenue split. How: name the discipline and the gap in one sentence, sketch twelve months of topics, book three speakers — then we announce.
Any member · any discipline

Partner with us on your own initiative

We are always looking for a way to team up with a member to build their authority — a co-hosted event, a joint piece, a webinar, an introduction campaign — whatever fits what you are building toward. Every member's needs are different, so this is not a fixed program: it is an open door.

How: bring us the idea. If it builds authority and is genuinely useful to the room, we will help you shape it and put it in front of the network — and that is what turns into leads.
Experts

Put your thinking inside the Brain

Contribute an Expert Pack — two to three pages on the one component you know best. Every member whose Weakest Link matches it gets your framing, credited to your name, at the exact moment they are stuck on it.

How: ask for the Expert Pack template. The Brain states your name and credential the first time it draws on it in any session.
Any member

Visit the other chapters

Each chapter keeps one seat per expertise, so how often you can visit depends on whether yours is already filled there. If a chapter's seat in your specialty is open, attend as many of its meetings as you like — until someone fills it. Once it is filled, you are back to two complimentary visits a year there, like anyone else. It is not a limit on friendliness; it keeps a chapter from carrying two of the same expert.

How: the master calendar lists every Club and Group. Ask your chapter lead whether your specialty is open elsewhere.
The compounding

Authority, then clients, then ambassadors — in that order

Owner · Founder · Fractional

A business worth more without you in it

  • Valuation range and System Score, updated monthly, on one page
  • One Leverage Move per cycle, aimed at the Weakest Link, held to by peers
  • A growing personal board of advisers — one discipline per Group
  • An introduction to the expert your constraint needs, when it needs it
Expert · Advisor

A practice that attracts instead of chases

  • Same Brain, same rhythm, same Founding Pack — your practice is a business too
  • A stage that is not a pitch: Club topic, Group stage, or a Group of your own
  • A board that has watched you think, which is the only thing that reliably turns a stranger into a client
  • Listing in the Experts directory and the Ambassador Network

What we do not promise

No guaranteed leads or clients. Standing in the room is earned by showing up and being useful, not by paying. The figures in the Group framework are directional estimates to be replaced by our own numbers.

No valuation you can take to a buyer. Every figure the Brain gives is a directional planning estimate from your own numbers. A real transaction needs an accredited valuer, and the Brain says so the moment one is mentioned.

No results without the rhythm. Two minutes a night and fifteen on Sunday is the whole method. Members who skip it have a membership; members who keep it have a programme.

Next step

Complete your membership.

The welcome email and the first setup email arrive the same day. Your Brain is ready before your first meeting.
