Guest speaker · our stage
Our stage, up to 30 minutes. Educate, support, and showcase your skills.
Each month, every Club offers its stage to one expert or experienced speaker, on that month's topic from the operating system. You teach business owners something they can use the next morning, in person or online. They see your skills first-hand, in a room that already trusts the Club.

The route
Seven stops, application to follow-up.
Start a month or more before your date. Each stop is short.
- 1Today · 2 min
Apply
Three short steps: who you are, a quick self-check, and your talk. Members speak first. A strong self-check books a date straight away; otherwise we invite you to visit a Club first and meet the room.
- 24–6 weeks before · 15 min
Confirm your date
We confirm your Club, your date and your time slot, and tell you who will be in the room.
TipAsk what the owners in that room are struggling with right now. Tailor the talk to it. - 33–4 weeks before · 20 min
Record your podcast
A Bright Business Talks interview: your why, your expertise, and the one thing owners get wrong about your topic. It introduces you to the community before the session.
- 42–3 weeks before · 15 min
Promote it
Share the interview clips and a short post. Tag Bright Business and the people you'd like in the room.
TipInvite three owners you'd like as clients. Watching you on a stage does more than any meeting you could book with them. - 51 week before · 1–2 hours
Prepare the talk
- One destination: that month's topic, aimed at one struggle owners face, in their words.
- Three insights at most, each with a real (anonymous) case.
- One giveaway: a template, checklist or framework they can use the next day.
- Start with the why: a question or a fact that names their struggle.
TipSpeak to one struggle growth-driven owners face, in their words, not yours. When they hear their own struggle described well, they assume you can solve it. - 6The day · 30 min
Take the stage
A typical run of show for the full 30 minutes. Shorter is fine; keep the Q&A.
0–3 The why. Name the struggle the room came with, and what they'll leave with. Then the one rule: nobody sells. 3–20 The talk. Your three insights, each with a real case. One short exercise if it fits. 20–30 Q&A. The real talk. Close with your giveaway and one thing to do tomorrow. TipPlan the Q&A as the real talk. The questions show you who in the room is ready to work with you. - 7The week after · 30 min
Land it
- Within 48 hours: send your giveaway and a short follow-up to the people you met.
- Connect: on LinkedIn and in the community, with the owners who asked questions.
- Clips: we share the recording and clips; post them too.
TipTwenty minutes is enough for one idea and one exercise. Depth builds authority; coverage doesn't.
